SALARY SETTLEMENT 2004

Following agreement of the SNCT meeting today, the following pay increases will apply from
1 April 2004

1 April 2004	1 April 2005	1 April 2006	1 April 2007
2.9%	2.9%	2.0% (minimum guaranteed)	2.25% (minimum guaranteed)
