It has been reported that people have been experiencing problems logging in to the website.

If you have been experiencing problems logging in, these points may help you.

Username: Your username is always your eight digit membership number.  This is not affected by changing your display name in the settings area.

Password
:  Your password is your membership number.  Once logged in to the website, we recommend that you change your password by going to the settings area. if you have changed your password and can not remember it, click on the "forgot password" link and enter your username (membership no.) and your email address.  An email will be sent to you with a link allowing you to reset your password.

Corrupted Cookies:  We have had some reports that the website cookies have become corrupted which has stopped some people being able to log-in to the site.  An option to delete the cookie should be appear.  Click on the delete cookie option and then try to log-in.

If you are still experiencing problems logging into the site please contact the office for assistance.
